School has started and my blogging has been put on hold. But finally have a few minutes to show off my Grands. The summer ended with Brooklyn's birthday and keeping Elijah. Then a few weeks later got to keep both Sadie and Elijah. I had help I must say keeping both. Crystal pitched in and helped out on Sunday while I was enjoying the Rangers beat up on the Yankees. Then last Saturday went for a fast visit with Brooklyn. Each time I am amazed how much they are learning and doing. It is so fun to watch them growing and stretching their imaginations.
Elijah is playing with the Little People School House that Mother had for years. All of my children grew up playing with this under the stairs in our house. Needless to say Elijah just loved all the Little People.
Brooklyn is playing with an Elmo camera that Crystal gave her for her birthday. The camera says "Work it, baby work it" It is so cute...
It was birthday part 2 Erica sent the cutest gloshes and umbrella. Since it rains every day or two down there Erica knew exactly what she needed.
Budding pianists..... Elijah would play then he would ask us to "Name that Tune?" We would say Jesus Loves Me or Bingo... and he would say YES.... Then we would guess again.... He does have an ear for music. Sharon sat with him and he could hear different sounds and knew the tunes!!
