Sesame Street Live

Of course when I heard this was coming to Waco I knew I needed to take my grands. We had taken the boys and Crystal years ago to Austin to see something like this but only on ice. Elijah is just at the right age to know the characters. Crystal gave him Cookie Monster several years ago and he was not quite sure about it and Erica put it up. But now it is his favorite and plays with it all the time. Sooooo needless to say Cookie Monster is his favorite and tried to shout out several times to him during the show.

Elijah just before the show. After it was over he wanted to see it again. We had a great time and I hope to get to do this again with my others.

It has been cold, rainy and then two drops of snow. I am jealous of all the snow and fun Brad, Amy, Brooklyn, and Gail got to have over the week. They had 8-10 inches of snow and got to make a full snowman. Not like the ones we always tried to make through the years. So I am so glad Brooklyn got to experience her first or second snow and it was so perfect for all the fun things we usually miss here in Texas. Check out Amy's blog to see all the pictures of the great snow. I just heard on TV that there is snow in some part of all 50 states except Hawaii!!! Wow
